摘要
转基因技术作为一门新兴技术,在大豆育种中应用前景巨大。简要介绍了转基因技术在国内外的应用,同时概述了大豆遗传转化主要采用的花粉管通道法、农杆菌介导法和基因枪法。
Transgenic technology has great foreground as a new technology in soybean breeding. The text introduced the application of transgenic technology in the national and abroad in brief, meanwhile it summarized the genetic transformation＇mediated by Pollen-tube pathway, agrobacterium tumefaciens and particle bombardment.
