摘要
本文主要论述华盛顿共识与后华盛顿共识的内涵以及运行方式等,对华盛顿共识和后华盛顿共识进行比较研究而认为二者的差异就在于策略上的不同而没有本质上的改变。
In this paper, the author made a research into the connotation, running mode and some other points about Washington Consensus and Post Washington Consensus. By comparing, it can be concluded that there is no essential change between the two Consensuses even if there are some differences in tactics.
