摘要
环氧树脂涂料因其分子结构特征含环氧基、脂羟基等,具有良好抗腐蚀的官能团及较强粘接力,是目前世界各领域应用最广泛的涂料。但由于其分子结构特征只有两个芳香结构,只能在80-90℃的条件下使用,而在广泛的耐热工程中不能使用。聚苯硫醚及有机硅涂料,虽然有较高的热稳定性,使用温度可达到200℃以上,但价格较昂贵且不能室温固化,使用也受到限制,所以研究一种性能优良既可常温固化又兼具有较低价位的耐热防腐材料具有特殊的意义。介绍了一种采用双酚F与环氧改性增加树脂中芳环结构,从而提高其耐热性能,可在高温200℃条件下使用,同时兼具环氧树脂优良的机械性能,并且在室温条件下即可固化的特种功能涂料。
Due to the epoxy and hydroxyl group on its molecular structure, good anticorrosive functional group and strong bonding force, epoxy resin is the most popular paint in various fields at present. However, because there are only two aromatic structures in its molecular structure, so it can't be used at high temperature but at 80 -90%. Although polyphenyl thioether paint and silicone paint have higher thermal stability for a temperature of over 200℃, they have also limitations due to the high cost and can not be cured at room temperature. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a lower cost paint with good performance and can be cured at room temperature. A paint with aromatic ring structure enhanced by bisphenol F and epoxy resin is introduced which has high thermal resistance up to 200℃, good mechanical property as epoxy resin and can be cured at room temperature.
