摘要
在pH=5.0的HAc—NaAc介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-呋喃甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(HPMαFP)生成配合物,于-0.55V(V8.SCE)处出现一尖锐、灵敏的极谱峰,Cu含量在1.5-9.0mg·ml^-1。区间时与峰电流呈线性关系。用多种电化学方法研究了极谱波的性质及反应机理,证明-0.55V处的极谱波为配合物吸附波,峰电流由中心离子Cu(Ⅱ)还原产生。用直线法测得配合物的组成为Cu^2+:HPMαFP=1:2,表观稳定常数为3.89×10^5。
In the medium of HAc -NaAe (pH =5.0), Cu( Ⅱ ) reacts with HPMαFP to form a complex and there is a sharp and sensitive polarographic wave at -0.55V( vs SCE). The peak height is linear with the concentration of Cu( Ⅱ ) in the range of 1.5 -5. 0mg · mL^-1. Many electrochemical methods are used to study the properties of the polarographie wave and the mechanism of electrode reaction and it is proved that the polarographie wave at -0.55V is an adsorptive wave of the complex. The peak current is produced by reduction of Cu( Ⅱ ). The mola ration of the complex is as follow: Cu( Ⅱ ) : HPMαFP = 1 : 2, and the conditional formation constant is 3.89 × 10^5.
