摘要
以固体FeCl3.6H2O为催化剂催化合成苯甲酸丁酯,讨论了影响催化酯化的各种因素。其优化的反应条件为:n(苯甲酸)∶n(丁醇)=1∶3.0、n(催化剂)∶n(苯甲酸)=0.04∶1、反应时间为2.0 h,此时苯甲酸丁酯的产率约为90%。
The synthesis of butyl benzoate with ferric trichloride as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction parameters were investigated and the optimum conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of benzoic acid to butanol 1 : 3.0, the molar ratio of catalyst to benzoic acid was 0.04 : 1, the reaction time was 2.0 h,and the yield of butyl benzoate was about 90%.
