摘要
利用建立的PCR方法对发生PMWS自然患猪的内脏组织中存在的PCV2病毒DNA进行检测,结果发现PCV2病毒主要存在于病猪的淋巴结、肾脏和脾脏中,在肝脏、肺脏中少量存在,心脏中最少。本研究对PCV2临床诊断和致病机理研究具有一定指导意义。
The PCV2 DNA was detected by PCR in natural infectious swine and the results showed that PCV2 existed widely in lymph nodes, kidney and spleen, the next in liver and lung, and the least in heart. It is important and significant for clinic diagnosis and mechanism of PCV2 in swine.
