摘要
将80目天然沸石与90%脱乙酰度壳聚糖的0.5%醋酸溶液混合,制成颗粒吸附剂,用于去除废水中Cu2+。最佳工艺条件是:壳聚糖与天然沸石质量比为1∶20,颗粒吸附剂用量为15 g/L,废水中Cu2+质量浓度不大于300mg/L,pH值为6~8,吸附平衡时间为8h,对Cu2+的去除率为99%。天然沸石-壳聚糖复合吸附剂与活性炭吸附剂相比,吸附效果相近,成本仅为其1/6;与单一的天然沸石或壳聚糖相比,该吸附剂对Cu2+的吸附能力强,成本低。
A compound adsorbent was prepared with the combination of chitosan and natural zeolite, 80 mesh natural zeolite was added in chitosan slurry of 90% the degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent which mass ratio is 1 : 1.2.Its adsorptivity toward Cu^2+ was studied and results showed that the dosage oftbe adsorbent isis g/L, the mass concentration of Cu( Ⅱ ) in wastewater does not exceed 300 mg/L, the pH value is 6-8. the adsorption equilibrium time is about 8 h and Cu( Ⅱ ) removal efficiency is 99%. Compared with the single granular activated carbon or zeolite or chitosan, the adsorbent has a faster adsorption speed, a better adsorbility and low cost price.
