摘要
苏里格气田属储层非均质性极强的低渗、低压、低产气田。通过前期评价试验发现,“高压集气、集中注醇、节流制冷、低温分离”的地面工艺不符合苏里格气田的现场实际;“井口加热、中压集气、带液计量、站内外加冷源低温分离脱水脱烃”的地面工艺在安全可靠的前提下不能最大化地降低地面投资。为了进一步优化地面工艺流程,降低投资成本,在2005年以前工艺试验的基础上,进一步开展井下节流试验等一系列地面工艺配套技术试验,简化和优化了地面生产工艺,形成了适用于苏里格气田的地面工艺配套技术,对于苏里格气田经济有效开发,具有较好的应用前景。
Sulige garfield belongs to low permeability, low pressure, and low production gasfield with strong anisotropism reservoirs. It is found through the earlier stage appraisal and test that the surface technology of "gas gathering at high-pressure, centralized ethyl alcohol injection, throttling refrigeration, separation at low temperature" does not conform to the spot reality of SuLige gasfield. The surface technology of "heating at well head, gas gathering at medium pressure, gas volume measured with fluid, low temperature separation dehydration and dehydrocarbon by adding cold source in- and out-station" could not minimize the ground investment under the prerequisite of being safe and reliable. In order to further optimize the ground technical process and reduce investment cost, a series of tests of supporting ground technologies is further carried out on the basis of technical test conducted by 2005. It simplifies and optimizes the ground production technology. The ground necessary technologies suitable to SuLige gasfield is formed.
