摘要
目的介绍后路椎板减压联合短节段椎间植骨融合术治疗退行性脊柱侧凸的手术效果。方法1999年1月～2005年10月，对45例退行性脊柱侧凸患者采用后路椎板减压联合短节段椎间植骨融合术治疗，对其临床效果进行随访。结果腰、腿痛缓解情况按Oswestry评分与术前相比有统计学意义；所有患者术后3个月、1年X线片检查均未出现内植物松动、断裂，Cobb角由平均32°矫正到19°。结论后路椎板减压联合短节段椎间植骨融合术治疗退行性脊柱侧凸可取得良好的手术效果。
Objective To introduce the operative effect of the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion to treat the degenerative scoliolosis. Method During the Oct of 1999 to the Nov of 2005, treated the 45 cases degenerative scoliolosis patients with the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion and follow-up the operative effect. Results According to Oswestry score system, the status of backleg pain relief had statistical significance compared to that of the preoperative. All patients X-rays of the 3th month and the first year didnt appear the interplantation＇s cinch and breakage. Cobb angle was corrected from average 32° to 19°. Conclusion Treat the degenerative scoliolosis with the posterior decompressive laminectomy and short-distance intervertebral implanted bone fusion could get better operative effect.
