摘要
目的:制备阿莫西林完全抗原并鉴定。方法:采用碳二亚胺两步法将半抗原阿莫西林与牛血清白蛋白偶联制备免疫原,采用混合酸酐法将阿莫西林与卵清蛋白偶联制备ELISA包被原。采用紫外光谱分析和动物免疫试验鉴定偶联产物。结果与结论:紫外光谱分析和动物免疫试验证实阿莫西林抗原合成成功,该抗原可用于阿莫西林ELISA检测试剂盒的研制。
Aim: To synthesize two kinds of amoxiciUin artificial antigen. Methods:The immunogen, amoxicillinBSA, was synthesized by carbodimide method; the coating antigen, amoxicillin-OVA, was'synthesized by isobutylchloroformate method. The obtained antigens were identified by UV spectrum and immunoassay. Results and conclusion : The two artificial antigens are successfully synthesized, which provides a basis for next monoelonal antibody preparation and ELISA kit development.
