摘要
利用赤霉素作为显色剂,实验测定煤中磷的含量.结果表明,在1.0mol/L盐酸介质中,将磷钼杂多酸还原成磷钼杂多蓝,其最大吸收波长为670nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.39×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,线性范围为0~0.1mg/50mL.该法准确、可靠.
The experimental study was conducted on the use of gibberellin as a new color reagent for the phosphorus in coal. The absorption of the resulted heteropoly acid of phosphorus was reduced to heteropoly blues by gibberellin in the media with 1.0mol/L of hydrochloric acid. The heteropoly blues was observed at 670nm with molar absorptivity of 1.39 × 10^4L · mol^-1 · cm^-1. The liner ranges obtained between 0-0. 1mg/50mL. The proposed procedure was accurate and reliable.
