摘要
用水溶液-悬浮法制备了HMX/LBA-603核/壳型复合材料。通过LBA-603(配位键合剂)与HMX分子的-NO2基团的诱导效应,LBA-603可以在HMX表面形成一层粘附层,达到对HMX的包覆作用。对原料HMX和制得的核/壳型复合材料进行撞击感度试验和爆发点测试,结果表明,LBA-603可以在HMX表面形成坚韧的包覆层,钝感效果明显;爆发点略有降低;在键合剂含量相同的情况下,制备温度是影响包覆效果的主要因素。
The HMX/LBA-603 core/shell composite materials are prepared with water solution-suspension method. HMX is coated by LBA-603(ligand bonding agent) which forms an adhesion level on the surface of I-IMX through the induction effect between LBA-603 and the -NO2 groups of HMX. The impact sensilivity and explosion point of uncoated HMX and core/shell composite materials arc tested, and results indicate that LBA-603 can form a tenacious clad on the surface of HMX, which shows the obvious insensitivity effect. The explosion point of 5s of core/shell composite materials has been slightly reduced. On the condition of the same percentage composilion of LBA-603, the preparation temperature is the primary factor which affects the coating effect.
