溶胶-凝胶法制备微滤陶瓷膜管的研究

摘要 实验采用溶胶-凝胶法,以Al2O3多孔陶瓷为基体制备出了性能良好的Al2O3复合陶瓷微滤膜管。通过TG-DTA、XRD、SEM分析,微滤陶瓷管膜层表面有均布的气孔、窄的孔径分布,且从其断面图可以观察到膜与基体之间的界面过渡连续,并可以看到具有梯度分布的孔结构。本文还探讨了涂膜工艺、膜组分配比对微滤陶瓷膜管性能的影响。 The performance of Al2O3 composite ceramic microfiltration membrane respectively coated on porous α-Al2O3 ceramic substrates by sol-gel process was good. The surface of membrane of prepared tubular ceramic microfiltration membranes have uniform porosity and narrow pore size distribution investigated by SEM,XRD and TG-DTA. From SEM micrographs of cross section of membrane and substrate, it is found that smaller sol particle compared with that of substrate, gradually continuous interface between membrane and substrate and gradual distribution of pore structure are observed. The several conditions of preparation of the membrane are discussed too.
