摘要
20世纪90年代初以来,随着全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)、遥感(RS)以及决策支持系统(DSS)等技术的发展,精确农业已在欧美等西方发达国家勃然兴起。精确农业是一种全新的农业新技术体系,其研究与发展将有助于我国农业资源的高效利用和农村环境保护,并有利于我国人口、资源与环境等方面重大问题的解决。精确农业与可持续农业的内涵是一致的,并且为可持续农业提供了有效的发展模式。本文结合江苏农业发展实际,从经济学角度阐明了在江苏发展精确农业的可行性和必要性,并指出其间可能存在的矛盾和问题,在一定程度上为我省精确农业道路提供了研究基础。
From the early of the 1990s, with the development of the technology （GPS, GIS, RS, DSS etc. ）, precision agriculture have sprung up in some developed countries. Precision agriculture is a new style of technology, which can promote the efficiency of agriculture resource and protect rural environment, also favor the harmony of population, resource and environment in China. Actually, precision agriculture could be an effective mode of sustainable agriculture. Based on the agriculture development in Jiangsu, this paper clarifies the feasibility and necessity of precision agriculture in Jiangsu from the economics aspect, indicates some potential problems, and provides a research foundation for precision agriculture in Jiangsu.
