摘要
高职院校图书馆存在着藏书结构与教育教学的发展不相适应、网络平台信息内容不足、影像资料播放缺乏场所、人员技术水平和观念不适应发展等问题。给出了解决问题的思路:建立机制,提高图书采购的针对性和有效性,创建多维共享型专业教学资源库,强化教职工业务技术和职业守则的培训、提高。
There are many problems which are not suitable with the development of teaching work and student education in higher vocational college. They are that the structure of book storage in library are not suitable, the contents of information on network are not enough for requriment and that there is not places for video information projection and broacast as well as the improvement of working technique and innovation of idea concept. The solution for the problems is setting up new mechanizm to raise the effeciancy of book purchase and direct sorvicce for readers ,and setting up multi -dimenssion information resource store for common shares as well as the staff training in terms of modern skills and ideas.
