摘要
目的探讨确保老年患者眼科手术安全的方法。方法180例老年患者,其中男75例,女115例,年龄67-85岁,术中均连接多功能监测仪连续监测血压(BP),心率(RR)和脉搏、血氧饱和度(SPO2);同时做好患者心理及术中护理。结果术中患者循环功能较为稳定,脉搏血氧饱和度与术前相比有显著性差异,其余均无显著性差异;术中高血压发率25．89％,窦性心动过缓发生率22．89％。结论术中严密的监测及护理对确保老年患者安全度过手术期是非常重要的。
Objective To find a safe method for aged patients during ophthalmologic operation. Methods 180 aged cases （male 75, female 115, age interval is from 67 through 85） were connected with multi-function surveillance machine during operation to understand their blood pressure, heart beat rate, pulse, and saturation of blood oxygen; do good psychological and operational care. Results The function of blood circulation and respiration is stable, the preceding pulse and saturation of blood oxygen are obviously different from after, no obvious difference were found on other items; hypertension rate is 25.89%, sinus bradycardia rate is 22.89%. Conclusion The rigorous warding is very important to ensure the safety of aged patients during their ophthalmologic operation.
