摘要 目的通过分析神经免疫性疾病患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+-Tregs的变化,探讨其在神经免疫性疾病发病中的意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测44例神经免疫性疾病患者外周血中CD4^+、CD4^+CD25^+及CD4^+CD25highT细胞比例。结果患者与健康对照者比较CD4^+T细胞比例无变化,但CD4^+CD25^+及CD4^+CD25highT细胞比例明显降低。结论神经免疫性疾病患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+-Tregs比例降低,可能是其发病的重要因素。 Objective To evaluate the proportion of CD4^+CD25^+ - Tregs in the peripheral blood of the patients with nervous autoimmune diseases in order to investigate its effect on nervous autoimmune diseases. Methods The peripheral blood was collected from 44 patients with nervous autoimmune diseases. The proportion of CD^4+ ,CD4^+ CD25^+and CD^4+ CD25^highT was evaluated by flow cytometry: Results The proportion of CD4^+ T cells between the patients and the healthy group was not significant different, but the percentage of CD4^+CD25^+ and CD4^+ CD25^high T cells in patients were significantly lower than those of the healthy group. Conclusion The proportion of CD4^+CD25^+ - Tregs in the peripheral blood of the patients with nervous autoimmune diseases is significantly lower than that in healthy group of the same age, which may be one of important keys that the patients are susceptible to nervous autoimmune diseases.
