摘要
目的:总结腹部闭合性创伤的诊治经验,提高诊治水平。方法:对197例腹部闭合性创伤病例的病史、伤情、诊断、治疗及死因进行回顾性总结、分析。结果:手术治疗189例(95.9%),非手术治疗8例(4.1%),治愈192例(97.5%),死亡5例(2.5%),死亡原因主要为合并重度颅脑损伤,创伤失血性休克,多脏器功能衰竭。结论:对于闭合性腹部创伤应迅速、准确地确定有无手术指征,把握手术时机,探查仔细,术式简单有效。
Objective：To Summarize the experience in diagnosing and treating abdominal closed trauma for improvins diagnosis and treatment. Methods： In 197 Cases of abdominal closed trauma, the case history, condition, diasnosis, treatment of and cause of death were retrospectively summarized and andlyzed. Results： of 197 cases, 189 underwent operation and 8 received medication The cure rate was 97.5% and the mortality was 2.5 %. The major causes of death was complicated craniocerebral injury, severe hemorrhagic shock and multiorgan nonfunction. Conchlsion： Prompt operation, careful exploration and simple and effective surgical methods are impontant in treating abdominal closed trauma.
