摘要
目的:探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在慢性光化皮炎(CAD)中的作用。方法:采用化学比色法检测血清SOD值。结果:85例CAD患者血清与20例正常人做对比,t=-7.20,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:SOD在CAD患者中清除氧自由基能力下降。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of superoxide dismutase （SOD） on chronic actinic dermatitis （CAD）. Methods： The level of Serum SOD was detected by chemical colorimetric method. Results.. Compared with normals, the level of serum SOD in 85 CAD patients was lower （t = -7.20, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of SOD on clearing oxygen free radical weakens in CAD patients.
