摘要
1895—1900年期间是我国小轮业发展史上的转折时期。尽管存在着诸如船资少,船吨位小,发展不平衡以及未能形成航运体系等不足之处,但是我国东南沿海、长江珠江中下游、珠江流域、上海及其他一些地区的小轮业还是取得了一定的成就,为我国以后的轮运业发展奠定了基础。
1895--1900 is a turning period of the development of small national shipbuilding. Though there are many shortcomings such as shortage of funds, small tonnage, uneven development, failure to form a shipping system and so on, certain achievements have been achieved in small shipbuilding in such areas as the southeast coast, the Changjiang River and the Zhu-jiang River.
