摘要
许多图书馆习惯每年年初集中装订上年度的期刊,且装订周期较长。从期刊利用的高峰期规律来看,这种做法并不科学。实际调查也证明,这对读者有效利用期刊文献的影响度确实是比较大的,故应作适当调整。
Many libraries have got used to binding periodicals at tbe beginning of the year with long cycles. This procedure is certainly unscientific in the regularity of periodical utilization.Actual investigation also shows that it has extremely great influence on the readers and appropriate readjustment should be made.
