摘要
介绍方正德赛数据创建与安全发布系统的特点和功能,及利用方正DESI系统制作发布学位论文全文数据库的工作实践,阐述了文献源构成、具体工作流程及规范。
This paper has introduced the characteristics and functions of DESI （Database Establish Security Issue/Intemet） system. By taking the library of Lanzhou University of Technology as an example, the paper has described the processing methods and experiences on the construction of degree dissertation full-text database in DESI system.
