摘要
磷酸镁铵是一种难溶于水的白色晶体,通过形成磷酸镁铵沉淀可实现对废水中氮磷的去除和回收利用,沉淀可作为一种缓释肥。对磷酸镁铵的形成机理、影响因素作了较系统的综述,认为磷酸镁铵在废水中产生沉淀的倾向与平衡时的化学势(μ∞)和过饱和时的化学势(μs)之差(Δμ),过饱和度,废水中的镁离子、铵离子、磷酸根离子比例,水质特征及pH有关,且沉淀的完全程度还与沉淀时间密切相关,其中pH对沉淀影响最为显著。
Magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP) is a white inorganic crystalline which is insoluble in water. By means of MAP formation,nitrogen and phosphorus in the wastewater can be removed and reused and MAP can be used as relaxed - release fertilizer. The mechanism of MAP formation and its influenced factors are reviewed. MAP precipitation has relation with the difference volume of chemical potential between supersatuation and balance state , the ratio of Mg^2+ , NH^4+ , PO4^3- ,pH and the character of the wastewater in the system,the influence of pH is the most prominent. In addition,reaction time has great effect to the degree of precipitation.
