Research progress of complement system and its inhibitors in cerebrovascular diseases

摘要 脑血管疾病是一种发病率、致残率和死亡率都很高的疾病。由于其起病多较急骤,且发病机制和病理生理过程相当复杂,给临床治疗带来了很大困难。近年来研究者发现脑血管疾病中补体激活参与了多重损伤环节,阐明其具体的病理生理机制对于脑血管疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义。
