摘要
根据加工中心的加工特点,将其工序过程划分为八个基本步骤,再用流程图将八个基本步骤的过程描述出来,从而优化简化了数控编程。提出了一种基于流程图的模块化的加工中心编程方法,对于通用的ISO指令编出来的程序,能直接通用于FANUC,SIEMENS等主流数控系统。该方法不仅适用于加工中心,也可推广应用到数控铣床、数控车床甚至其它数控机床。
The machining process of machining certer was divided into eight basic stops acording to its processing charaeteristics,then this paper illuminated the eight ,basic stops with flow chart,which optimize and simplify the NC programming, In this paper,a modularization NC programming with flow chart was presented, the NC programming by using this method can be directly used in the mainstream NC systems presently,such as FANUC,SIEMENS,etc.In addition, this method can be gelcralized in NC milling.NC lathe or other NC machine.
