粉煤灰制备分子筛及处理含酚废水的研究 被引量:9

STUDY ON SYNTHESIZING ZEOLITES WITH FLY ASH AND TREATMENT OF THE PHENOL WASTEWATER

摘要 利用工业废渣流化床粉煤灰成功合成了X型分子筛,通过XRD衍射表征发现Na2O/SiO2是影响合成分子筛结晶度的关键因素.当Na2O/SiO2为2.00,H2O/Na2O为49.4时,反应14h,分子筛结晶度最佳可达70%.实验利用不同浓度盐酸对合成分子筛进行改性,产物对含苯酚废液表现出较好的处理效果.在pH值为6~8,吸附时间为30min,吸附温度为25℃~30℃,搅拌速度为100r/min时,用改性分子筛处理废水中苯酚的效果较好,去除率可达到80%以上;另外,随着改性分子筛用量增加,去除率亦增加.在本实验条件下,投放量为1.5g为宜.本研究为粉煤灰的资源化处置提供了一条途径,不仅可解决粉煤灰堆置所引起的占用土地污染环境等问题,而且可处理含酚废水,以废治废,具有很高的经济和社会效益. The research has synthesized X zeolites utilizing industry waste residue-circulation fluidization bed (CFB) fly ash successfully. It's discovered that the Naz O/SiO2 is the key factor which influences the crystallinity via XRD diffraction technique. The relative crystallinity is up to 70%,when the Na2O/SiO2 is 2.00, the H2O/Na2O is 49.4, the time is 14 h. This experiment tries to utilize different concentration of hydrochloric acid to modify the as-synthesis zeolites. The modified as-synthesis zeolites have a good impact on treating with the phenol wastewater. When pH is 6-8, the time of absorbing is 30 min, the temperature is between 25 ℃ and 30 ℃, and the mixing speed is 100 r/min, the removal rate of dealing with the phenol waste water is more than 80%. In addition, when the zeolite consumption increases, the removal rate also increases. Under this experiment condition, It is suitable to throw with 1.5 g. Not only it can solve problems of occupying land and environment pollution caused by fly ash throwed into field, but also can deal with the phenol waste water. The technology of waste water treatment by fly ash waste recycle utilization has higher economic and social benefit.
