摘要
“软实力”最早是由美国学者约瑟夫·奈提出的国际政治学概念。全球化时代软实力已经成为衡量国家实力的重要指标,海派文化正在成为上海城市“软实力”的源泉;海派文化让世界重新认识上海和中国,拓展了中华文化的影响,提升了中国的软实力。
The soft strength, a concept of international politics, was first put forward by an American scholar named Joseph S. Nye. While at the age of globalization the soft strength becomes an important target of measuring the strength of nations, the Shanghai style culture turns into the resource of the ＂soft strength＂ of the Shanghai city. It is the Shanghai style culture that helps the world people to reconsider Shanghai and China, thus developing the influence of the Chinese culture and elevating the soft strength of China.
