基于局部方向场的指纹褶皱检测

摘要 褶皱是指穿过指纹脊线和谷线的不规则条纹。由于年龄增长、体力劳动、意外事故等,指纹中会产生褶皱。褶皱的存在将在指纹识别中引入伪特征点,降低指纹识别系统的可靠性。本文提出一种基于局部方向场的自适应多通道滤波算法,并在该算法基础上建立了一种多分辨率的褶皱检测框架。实验证明,该算法检测结果准确;与现有算法相比,算法架构简洁、效率更高,可以很好地解决指纹中褶皱检测问题。 The crease is a kind of stripes irregularly crossing ridges and valleys in the fingerprint. They come into being because of the aging, manual work, accidents, etc. Creases introduce the spurious minutiae and thus, decrease the fingerprint identification performance. We employ an adaptive multl-channel filtering arithmetic based on local orientation field and establish a multi-distinguishing rate framework to detect creases in different orientations. Our algorithm is demonstrated by experiments.
