摘要
采用离子膜电解法预处理聚乙烯醇退浆废水,考察了槽电压、氯化钠投量、反应温度对COD去除率和pH值的影响。结果表明:在槽电压为6 V、氯化钠投量为2 000 mg/L、反应温度为45℃的条件下电解3 h,对COD的去除率达到29%,PVA转化率达到100%,并可从废水中回收6.12 kg/m3的NaOH。
The method of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis was adopted to pre-treat polyvinylalcohol desizing wastewater. The effects of voltage, NaCI dosage and reaction temperature on COD removal rate and the change of pH value were studied. The results indicate that when the voltage is set to 6 V, NaCI dosage to 2 000 mg/L, and reaction temperature to 45℃ with electrolysis of 3 h, the COD removal rate can reach 29%, the PVA conversion rate can reach 100%, and 6.12 kg/m^3 of NaOH can be reclaimed from the wastewater.
