摘要
颈椎疾患是骨科较常见的疾病，目前，颈椎前路手术是治疗颈椎疾患的主要手段，手术的目的是切除突出的椎间盘以解除对脊髓、神经和椎动脉的压迫。但术后病情复杂，并发症多，围手术期护理尤为重要。术前充分的准备、术中很好的配合、术后正确的功能练习，对预防并发症，加速病人康复有着重要的意义。
The disease of cervical vertebra is much frequently in Orthopedics, the utility ways to restoration of function is operation. The main modality of treatment is Cervical vertebra anterior approach. Because the neck dissection is complicated, the operation is difficulty, and it has so many postoperative complications; thus the peri - operative nursing is very important. To nurse cervical vertebra anterior approach in peri - operative peri- od, it can make the patients to have good preparation in pre - operation, to fit with operation very well, to undertake functional exercise correctly in post - operation. It has significant meanings in preventing postoperative complications and promoting recovery.
