空油罐车在低速紧急制动时脱轨险情的理论分析 被引量:3

摘要 本文用列车纵向动力学理论,对货物列车低速紧急制动时尾部空油罐车的纵向冲击规律进行了分析。讨论了冲击速度、缓冲器特性、车体重心对车辆点头振动的影响,得出剧烈的纵向冲击引起大幅度点头振动,导致车体后心盘垂直上移与后转向架下心盘错位是造成尾部空油罐车脱轨的主要原因,并对防止此类事故的发生提出了建议。 This paper, by applying the theory of longitudinal train dynamics, presents an analysis of the impact rules of empty oil tank car marshalled at the end of goods train in lowspeed emergency braking, and discusses the effects of impact speed,characteristic of buffer and height of gravity center of car body upon the vehicle'S pitching angular vibration. Thus, a conclusion is obtained that the major reason of the derailment of rear-marshalled empty oil tank car lies in that the violent longitudinal impact results in the great amplitude of pitching angular vibration, causing the vertical upward movement of car body'S rear center plate and the misplacement of rear truck's under center plate. Finally, this paper makes some suggestions preventing the occurrence of the accident of this sort.
