摘要
本文从各个不同的角度，对建筑节能的措施和构造进行了探讨。阐述了建筑节能的必要性和迫切性，并对建筑节能工作提出了建设性的意见。
Measures for energy-saving in buildings are discussed frorn different point of views.The necessity and urgency of energy-saving are also described,and some related constructive suggestions are put forward.
