新型墙体材料的力学性能试验研究

摘要 通过对新型墙体材料(LCFC板、NAFC板)的抗折和抗剪试验测定,得出了其静曲强度、弹性模量和抗剪强度,同时分析了不同纤维方向、不同厚度对其值的影响.并与国内石膏板的力学性能进行了比较,指出了新型墙体材料在轻钢结构复合墙体中的应用价值. Based on experiments on such new walling materials as the LCFC and NAFC boards, the paper obtains the results of their static bending strength, elastic modulus and shear strength, and analyzes the influences of their thicknesses and fiber directions upon the parameters. The mechanical performance of the new materials has been compared with that of the gypsum board, hence their applicability in the light-weight steel framing compound wall.
