网络课程开发是在科学、系统、规范设计的基础上进行的,开发时应遵循个性化、协作化、动态化、交互性、共存性等原则。网络课程开发步骤一般包括设计、开发、评价、发布和维护等4个环节。
The development of internet curriculum is carried out on the basis of science, system and normative design, which should comply with principles of individualization, harmonization, dynamism, interaction and coexistence, and the development steps include designing, developing, evaluating, releasing and maintaining.
