摘要
在恶性肿瘤的治疗过程中,多数化疗药物在杀伤癌细胞的同时,也产生了全身严重的毒副作用,而且多数化疗药物都存在明显的量效依赖关系。靶向治疗的出现为肿瘤的治疗开辟了新的领域和广阔的前景,这种治疗方法可把治疗作用或药物效应尽量限定在特定的靶细胞、组织或器官内,而不影响正常细胞、组织或器官的功能,从而提高疗效、减少毒副作用。下面笔者就微球、脂质体、磁性药物、单克隆抗体及靶向基因对肿瘤的治疗作以简要探讨,并试图探求一种类似靶向治疗的新方法。
When malignant tumour is treated, Chemical drugs not only kill cancer cells, but also give sevious toxic and side effects, furthermore, there is an obvious dose-effect relationship in most chemicals. Target-therapy offers new and great field, which can limit effect or medicine to given target-cell,tissue or organ, but not affect function of nomal cell,tissue or organ,So increase cur- ative effect, decrease side effect. This paper discusses severl target-therapy technique of tumour, which are microsphere, magnetic medicine,Lipesomes, Monoclonalantibody（MAb） and target-gene etc. The writer also try to look for a new thrapy similar to targettherapy.
