摘要
文章论述肺失宣降,可致大便秘结。肺实可因风寒、风热、燥热、实火、痰热、湿热、血瘀、怒气犯肺引起,肺虚可由气虚、阴虚、阳虚所致。结合古今文献,详细探讨了各种证型的临床表现、治疗原则及常用方药。
Constipation can be caused by the loss of pulmonary diffusion and lowering. And lung-excess can be caused by Windcold, Wind-heat, Dryness-heat, Excessive fire, Phhgra-heat, Dampness-heat, hlood stasis and anger attacking lung, while lung-deficiency can be given birth to by Qiodeficiency,Yang-deficiency and Yin-deficiency. Referring to both the ancient and modem litersture,the clinical manifestation,treatment principal and commonly-usod formulas of all types of patterns have been discussed in this paper.
