渗透胁迫调节拟南芥谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶3的基因表达 被引量:2

摘要 以拟南芥谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶3(ATGPX3)的T-DNA插入突变体和转ATGPX3启动子GUS融合基因植株为材料,深入分析了ATGPX3基因表达及其在渗透胁迫信号转导中的作用.甘露醇渗透处理后,与野生型拟南芥相比,ATGPX3基因突变体(atgpx3-1)的生长和发育明显受到了抑制;并且渗透胁迫也提高了ATGPX3-GUS融合基因的表达.在植物激素ABA诱导下,RD29A,ABI1,ABI2和RbohD等基因在atgpx3-1突变体中出现了不同程度的表达.以上结果提示,ATGPX3可能参与了渗透胁迫反应的调节.
