摘要
研究了梯度聚氨酯在不同温度和压力下的水声吸声性能。制备了由聚氨酯/无机填料组成的梯度聚氨酯,并在声管中测试其水声吸声系数。结果表明:梯度聚氨酯水声吸声性能随温度的变化较大,而随压力变化不大。因此,根据使用环境条件,合理设计梯度聚氨酯能够提高复合结构的水声吸声性能。
The emphasis i's to study the sound absorption properties of gradient polyurethanes at different temperatures and pressures. The gradient polyurethanes with polyurethanes/inorganic fillers were prepared and their underwater sound absorption coefficients were measured in sound tube, The results show that if only longitudinal waves propagate in the gradient polyurethanes, the temperatures control the values of the absorption peaks, but don't vary the locations of the absorption peaks. However, if the longitudinal waves and shear waves propagate in the gradient polyurethanes, the temperatures shift the locations of the absorption peaks, but don't control the values of the absorption peaks. The sound absorption coefficients of the discussed gradient polyurethanes are sensitive to the temperatures, while not to the pressures. The results were due to the temperature dependence of the dynamic properties of the polyurethanes. Thus it is suggested that appropriately designing the graded polyurethanes may be used to enhance their underwater sound absorption properties according to circumstance.
