摘要
青春期是生长发育的重要时期。为了使女生在青春期内健康成长,运用文献资料法、归纳法等,对青春期女生该如何有针对性地进行体育锻炼进行探讨。结果表明:在此阶段合理的运动锻炼将起到促进身高、增加骨量、保持适当的体重等良好的作用。并在此基础上制定了一些有效的运动处方。
Adolescence is an important period of growth for the female. By means of literature and induction, the paper puts forward some effective exercise prescriptions for female adolescents, viewing that proper exercise in this period will have a good effect for them to get a better height, a high BMD, and an ideal weight.
