摘要
本文叙述了陕西地区干旱灾害的发生频次、季节性、地区分布及持续多年干旱发生的重现期。对其成因条件作了基本分析。并提出今后防旱减灾应采取的措施和对策。
This paper deals with the frequency, seasonal character, regional distribution of drought occurence and recurrence interval of drought occurence lasting for years. Also, it analyses the conditions of genesis of droughts and suggests the measures and countermeasures to be adopted to prevent droughts from occurence and reduce disasters caused by droughts for the future.
