摘要
对金属橡胶材料坯料的编织过程和电脉冲强化系统进行了介绍,分析了放电过程中金属橡胶材料电阻的变化规律,提出一种通过监测金属橡胶的动态电阻瞬时值变化速度对金属橡胶烧结质量进行评估的方法。
The woven process of material rubber blank and electric pulse technics are introduced. According to the changing rule of resistance in the process of discharge, the changing rate of instantly dynamic resistance is monitored. In this way the sintered quality of metal rubber material can be evaluated.
