摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭行有创机械通气时拔管指征与时间的关系。方法对42例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭使用有创机械通气治疗患者进行回顾性总结。结果42例患者平均插管时间为6·11±1·27d,无一例患者出现拔管失败。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭行有创机械通气治疗时治疗时间可作为拔管指征之一。
Objective To explore the relation between the duration of using invasive mechanical ventilation of extubafion indicator and the effect of treating COPD respiratory heart failure patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 42 COPD patients with respiratory heart failure who had used invasive mechanical ventilation. Results The mean extubating time for the 42 patients was 6. 11± 1.27 ） days. No extubution failure was found. Conclusion The duration of the treatment is one of the indicators when the COPD respiratory failure patients use invasive mechanical ventilation.
