摘要
高校图书馆发展中存在着许多不和谐现象,制约着高校图书馆的发展。针对这些不和谐现象,提出了若干构建和谐高校图书馆的措施。
There are many inharmonious phenomena in the development of university library, which restrict the development of university library. In the light of these inharmonious phenomena, this paper advances several measures for constructing the harmonious university library.
