摘要
基于对光辐射的响应电压的测试，提出一种对线阵ＣＣＤ采集系统光电变换非线性度测试的实验方法，并给出装置及测试结果。实验表明，该方法准确可靠，快速方便。
Based on measuring response voltage of light radiance, this paper presents an experimental method, devices and measuring results of measuring nonlinear scale of linear CCD sampling and collecting system. The method is approved to have features of high accuracy and reliability, simplicity and automatic measure by experiments.
