摘要
本文论述了计算机能力的概念.通过计算机科学与技术发展和信息化社会对地方高校电子信息专业学生计算机能力的需求分析,提出地方高校电信专业计算机能力的层次型结构与课程体系,并提出实践中需要注意的主要问题.
The paper discusses the concept of computer ability. Through analyzing the demands of the development of the computer science and technology and the information society on the computer ability of undergraduate majorimg in electrical speciality in local colleges, the paper advances a hierarchical structure of computer ability in local colleges and corresponding curriulum system. The major problems in practice are discussed too.
