摘要
军人的心理素质作为心理力量,是战斗力的重要组成部分。日益成为军队生长干部重要来源的国防生,心理素质水平如何,直接关系到部队人才队伍建设的质量,事关我军能否在未来战场上“打得赢、不变质”。因此,我们必须高度重视国防生的心理素质培养工作。在选拔筛选国防生时,要善于运用科学的测评方法,严格把好心理素质“入口关”,确保国防生的整体心理素质有较高的起点。在抓国防生能力素质建设时,要加强心理素质的培养力度,努力锻造国防生过硬的军事心理素质。
Officers＇ psychological quality as psychological power is an important part of fighting force. National defence students are the important source of army officers. Their psychological quality degrees are directly related to the construction of army talents and the wins of our army in the future fighting. So we must pay full attention to the cultivation of their psychology. In the selection of national defence students, we should be good at making use of scientific testing methods and be strict at the standards to ensure their psychological quality at a high starting point. We should strengthen the training of both capability and psychology to help them have strong military psychology.
