摘要
学习的方式和过程与学习的内容和结果同样重要,方式会影响学习内容的吸收程度,过程会决定学习结果的质量。“参与式培训法”是个体参与到活动中并与其他个体合作学习的培训方法。目的是利用成人教育的特点,通过创设情境,利用视觉、听觉、触觉、表达等多种辅助手段,引导受训者在活动、表现和体验中反思自己的经验与观念,在交流和分享中学习他人的长处,产生新的思想和认识,采取行动改善现状,实现自我提高。
The mode and process are as important as its content and result, mode will affect absorbing level of study content, process will decide quality of study result. "Training method of participating type " is that one participates the activity and cooperates with others. Its purpose is that utilizing features of adult education through creating environment, making use of various auxiliary means such as sight, hearing, touching expression, introducing trainee to rethink of his experience and idea in activity, behavior and experiences, learning from others' superiors in exchanging and sharing, producing new idea and understanding, improving present status with activity, and realizing self improvement.
