Polyoxometalates are the best sort of excellent building unit, If the solid materials are constructed by them, the possibility will be sharply increased for the synthesis of the functional solid material. If the polyoxometalates are modified, their functionality will be enhanced and their derivation will have the pmperties of novel structure, excellent catalysis, medicine, photochemistry and magnetism, etc.
