新型共轭聚席夫碱蓝色发光材料的合成与性能 被引量:2

Synthesis and Properties on Novel Conjugated Poly-schiff Base as Blue Luminescent Materials

摘要 对硝基苯甲酸经酯化和肼解后制得对硝基苯甲酰肼,再与对硝基苯甲酰氯反应得到1,2-二(4-硝基苯甲酰基)肼,所得化合物通过环化和还原生成了2,5-二(4-氨基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑,然后在中性条件下与对苯二甲醛聚合得到一种主链含噁二唑单元和席夫碱单元的新型共聚体,利用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重分析和荧光光谱等对单体和聚合物进行检测。结果表明:1,3,4-噁二唑基团和席夫碱基团都是很好的生色团,对氧和热特别稳定;且两个基团相结合的聚合反应容易进行,所得聚合物的溶解性和热稳定性较好,并能发射较强的蓝色荧光,是一种具有发展前景的新型蓝色有机发光材料。 The p-nitrobenzoyl hydrazine has been prepared using esterification and hydrazinolysis of p-nitrobenzoic acid. This compound reacting with p-nitrobenzoyl chloride to give 1,2-di(4-nitrobenzoyl) hydrazine. 2,5-di (4-aminophenyl)-l, 3,4-oxadiazole has been obtained by cyclization and reduction of 1,2-di(4-nitrobenzoyl) hydrazine. Then 2,5-di(4-aminophenyl)- 1,3, 4-oxadiazole polymerlized with terephthalaldehyde yields a novel copolymer which contains oxadiazole and schiff unites in the main chain under neutral condition. Monomers and polymer are characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescent spectrum. Results show that 1,3,4-oxadiazole unit and schiff base unit are both better chromophore, and have good stability for oxygen and heat. The polymerization of incorporating them is carried out easily, and the polymer has better solubility and heat stability, and can emit very strong blue fluorescence. It is expected to have the development prospect in novel blue organic luminescent materials.
