摘要 组织工程骨的研究为解决大块骨组织缺损修复提供了新思路和新方法。血管化在骨修复过程中起重要作用。就血管化组织工程骨的生长因子、种子细胞和载体支架等方面的最新进展进行综述。提出了目前尚需解决的问题和对未来研究的展望。 The research of bone tissue engineering provides new thought and method to repair mass bone defect. Neovascularization plays a significant role in bone repair. This article reviews the advancements of the growth factors, seed cells and scaffolds in vascularization of tissue engineering bone, then raise the problems to solve and the prospect of future research.
